Payment

Our preferred methods of payment are by credit card or paypal however if you wish to collect in person then cash is acceptable.

Shipping

All items can be available for collection in person with prior arrangement or we can organise delivery. This is usually between 7-14 days but may be longer depending on where the item is being delivered to in the country. We use an experienced professional transport company to deliver larger items and post any smaller items using Royal Mail.

Returns

We are happy to offer a refund or exchange for any item within 14 days. In case of a return the cost of delivery is non refundable.The buyer is responsible for organising the return of the item and for paying the delivery costs. Once the item has been returned in the same condition we will confirm your refund.
